O'Dea Basketball
The O’Dea basketball program has a tradition of excellence. Fighting Irish basketball teams have captured nine Metro League Championships, and won five State Titles in each of the following seasons: 1992-1993, 1996-1997, 2003-2004, 2004-2005, 2006-2007.
The 2011-2012 Fighting Irish are led by second year head coach Al Hairston. Coach Hairston has a wealth of experience, having coached at both the high school and collegiate levels, including Seattle University and the University of Washington, and having played college basketball at Bowling Green and professionally with the Seattle Sonics.
