The O’Dea Fighting Irish Strength & Conditioning Program focuses on four core values. These values are enforced through a process that encourages students to work together to develop their physical performance, confidence, self-esteem, and collaborative skills in a positive and productive atmosphere. The program provides safe and effective age-appropriate workouts and exercises to eliminate injury and improve the physical condition of our students. All students are able to participate in these workouts. In addition, we have tailored strength and conditioning programming for each sport and students can take up to 4 years of grade-level specific classes to develop and grow for sports performanc

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (11AM – 12PM): All Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors
