We are excited to announce a new menu of after school activity options that are open to all O’Dea students.  Involvement is an important aspect of the O’Dea experience, and we want to provide opportunities for everyone to engage in a variety of ways.  Please encourage your student to attend after school activities, no matter their level of experience

O’Dea is hosting an on campus-blood drive in partnership with Bloodworks Northwest on Friday, February 16th. Students 16 and older are eligible to participate (16 and 17 year-olds require parental consent). Students can sign up using this link. Participants receive three service hours for their time and donation, and all donors will be entered into a raffle to win a $40 Amazon gift card. On Friday, January 26th at 10:10AM, O’Dea will celebrate our Alumni Mass of Remembrance at St. James Cathedral.  All members of the O’Dea community are welcome to join us in prayer for those who have passed.

Final Exams this year will take place January 16–18.  Please help your student achieve success by ensuring he arrives to school on-time at 8:10 AM each day, has eaten a good breakfast, and is ready to do his best for each class.  The finals week schedule is designed to emulate a college finals experience, where students have additional time built in to prepare for exams.

The 104th Encounter Retreat will be held at Camp Don Bosco for juniors and seniors February 21-24. Roughly 4,000 O’Dea young men have shared in this faith experience, bonding them to their brothers in a special way and creating memories that will last a lifetime.
