The end of the school year is just around the corner! All students should be working hard to improve their standing in classes.  This includes attending study hall before and after school in the SRC, accessing peer tutors as needed, and reaching out to teachers for support.  Finals are scheduled for Tuesday, June 4th – Thursday, June 6th.

Returning 9th, 10th and 11th graders will be receiving their initial schedule for the 2024-2025 school year on Monday, May 13th during Mentor Group.  At that time, they will also receive a link to a form to request a schedule change, which is due Monday, May 20th.  Every effort will be made to fulfill requests, but they are not guaranteed.  Students should contact their counselor with any questions about courses and their schedule.

O’Dea’s school-wide on-campus Spirit Day is Friday, May 17th!  Students are treated to a day of fun and celebration, with the day culminating with the awarding of the House Cup!  Students must wear their House t-shirt; relaxed dress, including shorts, is permitted!  No classes will be held, so students can leave their Surface at home.  A catered lunch will be provided.

Counselors are collecting any and all merit-based scholarships that students receive during the college application process. Additionally, any seniors who have received their Eagle Scout award should complete the form to receive their cords at graduation. The deadline for submission to be included in the graduation program is Monday, April 29th, but we appreciate you submitting them well before this date if you already have the information.  If you have any questions, please contact your counselor.
