Retreats

Retreats are an important part of the brotherhood at O’Dea. Our retreat program seeks to give students a meaning experience of God and neighbor, building him up to have a strong a mature faith life.

Freshman Retreat

During the one day retreat, freshmen go to Discovery Park to learn more about their new classmates, share faith, and learn about the Profile of the O’Dea Gentleman.  This fun and faith-filled retreat is a great day to learn about what O’Dea is all about.

Sophomore Retreat

This one day retreat for sophomores focuses on service. We spend half the day in groups discussing the Gospel call to serve; the second half of the day puts faith into action at the Northwest Harvest Warehouse in Kent.

Encounter Retreat

This four day retreat is the highlight of the O’Dea retreat program.  We spend these important days at Camp Don Bosco in Carnation.  The pillars of this retreat focus on encountering self, others, and God. This is what brotherhood is all about.
