þ Schedule a student visit morning on our website: Visit Calendar available in August

þ Complete and submit Application by January 14, 2013 – cost is $25

A complete application includes:

Application

Application Forms 

Application fee of $25

Parish Verification Form – for members of Catholic Parishes  

Transcripts and teacher recommendations

Placement Exam scores

þ Submit the Transcript Request Form and Confidential Teacher Evaluation Form Application Forms  to your current school. Your school will forward the appropriate information to us.

þ Register for the Placement Exam - available in August 

All application information must be completed and submitted to the O’Dea High School Admissions Office by Monday, January 14, 2013.
