Support Staff

Mr. Maury Hoffman
Mr. Maury Hoffman is an alumni parent of three O’Dea graduates. He joined the O’Dea staff as the Network Administrator in 2000, where it is Mr. Hoffman’s job to solve all the computer malfunction mysteries as they occur around the school. He graduated from St. Francis High School in La Canada, CA, has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. His favorite way to pass the time, when not playing video games, is jewelry making.

 

Br. Patrick D. McCormack

Br. Patrick D. McCormack graduated from Christian Brothers High School in Butte, Montana and entered the Christian Brothers Congregation in West Park, New York in 1943. He earned a BA from Immaculate Heart College and an MA from Seattle University. He has taught at several schools around the country. He served as vice-principal of Damien High School (1984-1986), principal of Leo High School (1986-1991), and assistant principal at Butte Central Catholic (2005-2008).

 

Mr. Kristian Patterson

Mr. Kristian Patterson joined the O’Dea staff in 2010. He is an Admissions Associate and also works on special projects. In addition, Mr. Patterson is an assistant baseball coach. He is an O'Dea alum, graduating class of 2001. He earned his Bachelor of Education and Sport Management from Gonzaga University.

 

Br. Pettit

Br. Pettit first joined the O’Dea faculty in 1980. He taught Biology until 1988 when he moved to Arizona to teach at St. John’s Indian Mission on the Gila Indian Reservation. Br Pettit returned to O’Dea in 1994 to teach Biology and retired in 2009. He earned a BA in History from Iona College and an MA in Biology from Gonzaga University. Br Pettit enjoys gardening, ceramics, painting miniatures and repairing things.
