Mr. Jeff Anderson
Mr. Jeff Anderson has been an O’Dea faculty member since 1987. He teaches Health and English II as well as serving as varsity wrestling coach, freshman football coach and assistant track coach. Mr. Anderson graduated from Lake Washington High School and earned his BA in Education at Washington State University and MA from Western Washington University. In his infrequent leisure time, Mr. Anderson enjoys sailing, bicycling, hiking, raveling and playing the guitar.
Mr. Al Hairston
Mr. Al Hairston joined the O’Dea faculty in 2010. He teaches Physical Education and coaches the varsity basketball team. Prior to coming to O’Dea, Mr. Hairston served as Coordinator of Athletics for the Seattle Public Schools. As the new head basketball coach, he brings a wealth of experience to the O’Dea program having coached at both the high school and collegiate levels, including the University of Washington. Mr. Hairston played college basketball at Bowling Green and professionally with the Seattle Sonics, and earned his BA in Health & Physical Education from the University of Washington.
