Beards for Bros – “Fighting Irish, Fighting Cancer”

The “Beards for Bros” campaign is inspired by past and current members of the O’Dea community who have been affected by cancer. In honor of these young men and women, the O’Dea gentlemen come together each year in the month of March and raise money by becoming official “beard growers”. Once a student, or faculty member, has raised at least $100 they can become an official beard grower, a true luxury these young men that are expected to keep a clean-shaven face throughout the school year!

In just three years the O’Dea community has raised over $30,000 for this great cause. Proceeds from “Beards for Bros” benefit the Seattle Children’s Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Program.
